 TINY TOTS - PARENT /CHILD CLASSES-Classes are 45 minutes/ 10-12 students to 1 instructor
         Tiny Tots is for children who have started walking to 3 years old. An Adult must assist the child during class. The class forcus
on complete body development. Gross motor skills,balancing,tracking,body awareness,and overall coordination are worked on.
Class begins with circle time involving music. A huge obstacle course is set up on the floor. A mini zipline,trapeze, and inflatables
are also used. Trampoline time includes "flying in the harness". Theme weeks throughout the year adds to the fun of gymnastics.

BOYS GYMNASTICS

SPORTS SKILLS : CLASSES ARE 1 HOUR / 6 STUDENTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR / 3-6 YEAR OLDS
    The focus is on skill & motor development in relation to Ball oriented sports. Throwing,kicking,hitting and catching are emphasized.
Basic footwork,running, and  hand to eye coordination drills are practiced.  Baseball,Basketball,golf,football,hockey, and tennis drills
are used in conjunction with general gymnastics to develop the total athlete.

BOYS RECREATIONAL CLASSES: CLASSES ARE 1 HOUR/6-8 STUDENTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR
      Boys Recreational classes are for boys at least 5 years old. Classes are set up 6-8 year olds and 9 & ups. All 6 Olympic events:
Tumbling,vault,high bar,pommel horse,parallel bars,rings as well as trampoline and tumble trak are worked on. The boys participate in
the recreational meets. In the fall the Tumbling/Medal Meet and in the spring an Apparatus/Trophy Meet.

BOYS 6-8 YEAR OLDS:  TUESDAY    4:30-5:30 ,    WEDNESDAY  5:30-6:30,     THURSDAY  4:30-5:30

​GIRLS RECREATIONAL CLASSES: CLASSES ARE 1 HOUR/ 6-8 STUDENTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR
     Girls Recreational Classes are for girls at least 5 year old. Classes are set up in Levels. Beginners,Advance Beginners,Intermediates,& Advance. All 4 olympic events: Tumbling,vault,bars,beam,trampoline,and tumble trak are worked on. An achievement program provides safe
advancement through the levels. Theme weeks throughout the year adds to the fun of gymnastics. Twice a year we have a meet for our recreational
students. In the fall a Tumbling/Medal Meet and in the spring an Apparatus/Trophy Meet.
PREGYM - 3-5 YEARS OLD- Classes are 45 minutes / 6 students to 1 instructor
        Pregym is for children 3-5 years old. Classes begin with group circle time involving music,stretching and movement skills.
Every week children work on tumbling and trampoline skills. During the session Rings,Beam,Bars,Vault are rotated.Total Body
​development is the forcus of pregym while working on the mastery of age appropriate gymnastics skills. Hula hoops,bean bags, and
balls are used to enhance gross motor skills. Theme weeks throughout the year adds to the fun of gymnastics.
TUMBLING CLASSES ARE 1 HOUR/8-10 STUDENTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR
     Tumbling classes focuses on general developmental tumbling while including the conditioning & flexibility needed for cheerleading. Skills at
this level include:Cartwheels, Handstands, Roundoffs, and Back Handsprings. Jumps & Motions will also be covered in the classes for the younger athletes. No experience is  necessary for this class.

FLIP & TWIST ARE 1 HOUR / 8-10 STUDENTS TO 1 INSTRUCTOR
     This class focuses on advanced tumbling while including the conditioning & flexibility needed for cheerleading. Skills at this level include:
Back Handspring series,Roundoff Back Handspring Back Tuck, Layouts, Twisting Saltos & Standing Back Tucks. A Roundoff Back Handspring
with a very light spot or without a spot is required.
