SWIM TEAM SGAC offers a swim team for children of all ages. This program is designed to enhance swim techniques in preparation for those who are interested in competitive swimming. The Aquatic Director will evaluate your child's swim skills for placement into the appropriate skill level. The Swim team will focus on the following areas: 1. Freestyle,Backstroke,Breaststroke, and Butterfly 2. Flip Turns for all four strokes 3. Racing dives as well as other types of dives 4. Endurance building with the different strokes
